No vacation is complete without a little bit of shopping. You will find that the Big Island offeres you a variety of shopping options to choose from. If you are looking for a "typical" gift to bring back with you you might consider picking up some home grown coffee. Kona has the only commercial coffee crop grown in the United States. Hawaiian Isles Kona Coffee is the true pride and joy of the locals. You can find it at most general stores, convenience stores and, of course, at the famous Hilo Hattie stores.

Hilo Hattie is the shop with Hawaii's largest selection of local fashions, gifts, foods, and jewelry. Hattie's has locations on the Big Island in Kona, and in Hilo at the Prince Kuhio Plaza.
